At Gimli Snowmobile Centre, powersports have been our passion for more than 50 years. What started as a small seasonal snowmobile business in Winnipeg Beach—founded by Raymond and Lorraine Vigfusson in 1968—has grown into a year-round destination for Ski-Doo, Can-Am, Lynx, and Sea-Doo vehicles. Today, we’re proud to continue that family tradition as second-generation owners, with Dennis Vigfusson and Sheila Cowell leading the way.

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: in a single 12-month period, we were named BRP District Dealer of the Year in all three major categories we represent—Ski-Doo (2025), Can-Am (2024), and Sea-Doo (2024). Even more special, we earned the Sea-Doo Dealer of the Year Award two years in a row (2023 and 2024)!
Our district is huge—stretching from the Saskatchewan-Manitoba border to Timmins, Ontario—and includes both big-city dealerships and small-town ones like ours.
